Our Skill Development Project is unique in terms of the robust mechanism of an annual review of training modules and trades as per market needs. We also motivate and train female trainees in traditionally gender biased trades such as a CNC Operator and include proper post placement follow-up, handholding and refreshers training mechanism for trainees. The jury also highlighted our robust entrepreneur support system.
